    Early Inspirations

As a young child, she was mesmerized by decorating dollhouses, finding fabrics and wallpaper to enhance the rooms.

At age 10, she turned to building forts in her backyard. Using crates scavenged from the new construction sites near her childhood home, and nails provided by her dad, her friends joined her in building a "two-story" fort.

Fast forward into adulthood and you'll discover Sandy staging and selling homes. Disappointed in the choices availaible in affordable art, home accessories and fabric designs, Sandy started watercolor painting in an effort to add some "pop" to her staged homes by adding in her own artwork.
